Mao Ning said that China highly appreciates the resolutions adopted by the Arab League Foreign Ministers Council for many years to strengthen relations with China. Mao Ning pointed out that China and Afghanistan are strategic partners of comprehensive cooperation, common development and future orientation, and have always supported each other on issues concerning each other’s core interests and major concerns.
